Our Management Associate Programme offers new and recent graduates, two rotational experiences within the Bank. Each rotation of 6 months has been specifically designed to develop our leaders and WAVEmakers of the future by enabling them to develop their critical skills, gain hands-on experience, and accelerate their career growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As part of the programme, you will build strong management, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as getting exposure to business critical projects. You will have the opportunity to experience different departments across the business and contribute to meaningful transformation that supports our Group Strategy. Guided by your mentor, as well as facilitated networking events, workshops and presentations, your visibility across the bank will pave the way for your fast-tracked progression.

Who we are looking for

• Individuals who are intellectually curious, collaborative and open to new challenges, as well as being able to take ownership of projects to bring them to fruition.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the bank.
• Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging with all stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills and can efficiently manage time and work capacity.
• Individuals that have a passion for banking, technology and digital innovation.
• Strong academic background with a degree from a leading university or similar top-tier institution.
• Obtained, or expected to achieve a GPA of 3.5 or a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Available to work full time in the UAE from September 2025 onwards
