The Opportunity:
We’re searching for a Product Manager II to join the Customer Experience team, focused on elevating user interaction across a multifaceted consumer app. You will help define and implement product strategies that improve customer onboarding, deepen engagement, and drive platform growth. Your role will be instrumental in crafting tailored journeys and experiences that align with both user needs and business goals.
This position calls for a mix of customer-centric thinking, strong technical know-how, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, research, and operations teams to deliver impactful product experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Focus: Lead initiatives to shape and refine how users interact with the core platform, with a strong emphasis on rapid experimentation and iterative product development.
- Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term results with long-term vision and accountability for outcomes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with multiple verticals to deliver unified experiences across different services and offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in prioritisation and decision-making frameworks.
- Culture of Innovation: Champion a culture that blends first-principles thinking, data-led experimentation, and high-impact product development. Seek bold, scalable solutions that drive transformative results.
About You:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within consumer-facing digital platforms, SaaS, or B2B tech products
- Proven record of driving significant growth through product-led strategies within high-growth industries such as mobility, e-commerce, logistics, or fintech
- Technical background or experience with building developer platforms, APIs, or scalable SaaS infrastructure is highly desirable
- Strong platform mindset, with a track record of building modular solutions adaptable to various user journeys and use cases
- Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies, with experience working in empowered product teams
- Comfortable with data analysis, experimentation, and navigating ambiguity with a test-and-learn approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders
- Passionate about creating impact in high-potential markets and raising the standard for digital products in the region
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
