Brief Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading technology business operating across the Middle East and North Africa. Due to continued platform expansion and a growing digital footprint, they’re now looking to bring in a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of monetisation and advertising capabilities across their consumer-facing application.

This position will be responsible for shaping the roadmap and delivering high-impact advertising solutions that enhance revenue while keeping user experience front and centre. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, design, data and analytics to drive strategic product decisions and lead on advertiser-facing product features.

Senior Product Manager – Requirements:

• 5–7 years' experience in product management, ideally within digital advertising, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of monetisation strategies and ad performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPC).
• Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps and prioritise features based on strategic impact.
• Experience working with commercial teams to build ad packages and pricing models.
• Highly analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Technically fluent with prior collaboration alongside software engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across tech and non-tech teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance revenue growth with long-term user value.
