Actimize AML Systems Project Manager, Bank

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled AML System Specialist to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems within the branch. If you have a strong background in Actimize and a passion for optimizing financial crime prevention, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do:
-System Enhancement & Maintenance: Play a key role in maintaining, reviewing, and implementing system enhancements on our Actimize AML platforms.
-Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve system milestones that boost overall efficiency and effectiveness.
-Project Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all phases are meticulously documented and clearly communicated for reporting. This includes:
-Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performing reviews.
-Proposing and reviewing process improvements.
-Delivering training to relevant stakeholders.
-System Infrastructure Management: Conduct periodic and ad-hoc reviews and maintenance of system infrastructures.
-Policy & Procedure Updates: Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are updated in line with system changes.
-Proof of Concept & Vendor Management: Lead Proof of Concept engagements, collaborating with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, and manage AML/CFT solutions.
-Training & Guidance: Train and guide staff on new system enhancements and implementations.

What You'll Bring:
-A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
-A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AML/CFT technologies, particularly Actimize systems and its AML-related modules.
-A commitment to staying updated with the latest AML trends through external and internal training.
-Up-to-date knowledge of MAS AML/CFT legislations and guidelines.
-Certifications in AML, relevant systems, or other related fields are a definite plus.
