Job Description

We are looking for a Process Innovation Sr. Analyst to join our Management Support Team, who will be in charge of the planning and execution of projects related to digitalization, automation and business effectiveness. This position will support the execution and coordination of the projects from the start to the end, analyzing and extracting insights from historical information. Data visualization, reports and dashboards generation to monitor Company KPIs aiming to achieve higher operation standards and reach the targets.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop tools to present innovative solutions and automatize processes based on the company values and business requirements. Apply AI to big data analysis, optimizing the factories planning & process innovation departments.
• Analyze advanced and large volume of data to improve business processes.
• Monitor interface status of the internal systems in order to secure the correct management of the data. Communicate and collaborate with Partners and end-users to secure the daily operation.
• Create and manage automated reports to monitor daily and weekly data accuracy. Monitor and report KPIs in order to achieve higher operation standards.

Requirements

• Graduates of industrial engineering, business administration or related
• 3 years in similar positions in multinational companies
• Advanced level of English
• Skills: business processes analysis, large volume of data analysis, dashboard creation and KPIs management, supply chain projects implementation. Experience in Excel (advanced level), Power BI & Tableau
