Risk Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Risk Analyst supports the integrity, security, and fairness of ARRISE's operations by identifying and analyzing potential risks and fraudulent activity. Through data interpretation, pattern recognition, and collaborative teamwork, the Risk Analyst plays an important role in protecting the company’s Live Casino environment and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and detect high-risk or fraudulent player activity in real time.
• Verify the security and fairness of Live Casino tables, gameplay, and equipment.
• Identify suspicious betting behaviors and respond according to internal protocols.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple systems to support risk analysis.
• Interpret risk-related data in collaboration with the team to generate actionable insights.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on emerging risk patterns and contribute to risk prevention strategies.
• Create detailed reports and assist with ongoing risk research initiatives.
• Execute other support tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Risk Manager.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate from ASE (Academy of Economic Studies), Politehnica University, or similar, ideally with a technical background.
• Strong interest or understanding of the iGaming industry, especially Live Casino operations.
• Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team spirit and effective time management under tight deadlines.
• High ethical standards and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or programming languages.
• Prior internship or academic experience in data analysis, risk management, or gaming.
• Understanding of fraud detection techniques or gaming compliance standards.
