Chief Officer - Talent Planning & Acquisition
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for maintaining employees’ personal information, developing GRP resource planning systems, and creating job titles for RTA employees. Updating the organizational structure of RTA in accordance with administrative decisions and participating in managing the resettlement and replacement file.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Dealing with all problems of the GRP human resources system for human resources management through finding appropriate solutions related to human resources by coordinating with Digital Dubai
- Updating & preparing a file that includes all information of related employee’s personal data, transfer, promotion, resignations, promotions, etc
- Ensuring that all requests received from various departments are aligned with the agreed service levels
- Responsible of assigning any access required in GRP across RTA from the HR point of view and control
- Coordinate with Information Technology Department regarding GRP systems and address these obstacles by finding appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for creating the Cost Centre for all organizations in RTA # Generating & developing various reports through GRP related to employees and analyzing the data by assuring the data is completed
- Participating in formalizing all processes, procedures and requirements related to manpower planning and budgeting for manpower planning
- Responsible for developing human resources data management system in HR and analysis
- Responsible for creating Job Position and Unique position in GRP system for all employees in RTA
- Coordinate with the Digital Dubai to create Job titles for new employees, transferred employees
- Contributing to managing the Emiratization file at the Roads and Transport Authority through preparing and implementing the plan and measuring and analyzing Emiratization indicators
- Responsible for updating the employees Job Family & Sub Family group in GRP system.
- Responsible for updating the organizational structure according to RTA Admin Orders and Circulars
- Responsible for analyzing and measuring the employee turnover index at the Roads and Transport Authority
- Responsible for section clearance in GRP system
- Responsible for providing information to other Government entities regarding the data of leadership, supervisory and different statistics for RTA employees
