About The Job
We currently have an opportunity for HR Administrator t within the Human Resources (HR) team in Kettering.
The HR Team aim to provide a knowledgeable, approachable, professional resource in providing quality services in areas such as employee relations, benefits, recruitment and retention, organizational development, compensation, and human resource information management. Developing and communicating sound policies and procedures that balance the needs of employees and the needs of the Business while ensuring compliance with UK employment law. We deliver our services to support the Business to achieve its Vision.
As the role of the HR Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely support to the HR Business Partner, HR Colleagues and internal clients. This will include responsibility for HR projects as directed.
About You
You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and think ahead.

The Following Qualifications/skills Are Required
- Previous experience and responsibility within a busy office environment, ideally within an HR team
- Ability to demonstrate a professional ‘can do’ attitude
- Adaptability & flexibility
- Keen to offer a high level of customer service
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages
- An HR qualification is desirable, but not essential; you will be trained in all areas as required
- Experience of Success Factors (sHaRe) & Tensor is desirable; training will be provided
