Senior Human Resource Officer

We are looking to permanently fill a Senior Human Resources Officer (AO6) role with someone who has a passion for developing the capability of our workforce. You will assist with the day-to-day activities required to administer the department’s learning management system (iLearn) and support the development and delivery of evidence-based strategic workforce initiatives including but not limited to learning and development, capability development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.

For This Role, You'll Need To

• lead learning initiatives using adult learning methodologies.
• design, develop and facilitate contemporary and targeted learning and development programs, including virtual and face-to-face workshops.
• maintain a learning management system.
• demonstrate interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills including the ability to effectively consult, collaborate and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• role model Individual Contributor leadership behaviours as outlined in the Leadership competencies for Queensland.
