I am looking for an HR Generalist for an international bank who can assist with the implementation of strategy in Luxembourg, facilitate employee dialogue, and integrate new internal procedures.

Responsabilities

Manage and provide full HR support to the Luxembourg employees & Management Board.

Act as the main point of contact for all local HR processes such as:

  • Recruitment - hiring process and onboarding of all new employees.
  • Employee Relations - point of contact for queries, concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Compliance Management – collaborate with other department to ensure all labour laws and regulations are adhered to and adapt HR practices accordingly
  • Benefit plan management - accurate and timely administration and serve as a resource for employee inquiries.
  • Payroll – manage end-to-end in conjunction with an external third party payroll provider.
  • Performance Evaluation and Year end process – guide and manage employees and managers through the annual cycle, providing support and training in line with the core.
  • Training and Development – work in partnership with management to identify training needs, and support the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills & knowledge.
  • HR related regulatory reporting responsibilities – deliver required report on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Adhoc projects – as an example, the integration of the current employees.
  • Employee updates – responsibility for accurate record keeping for all employees

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or HR administration role within a financial services organisation in Luxembourg.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Eagerness to work on various administrative tasks and improve processes.
  • Confident, clear communicator and be able to work in a standalone role as part of a wider HR team.
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated, multi tasking ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
