HR Project Manager
π Location: Lisbon, Portugal
π Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the clientβs office
π Type of Contract: Permanent Contract
π£ Mandatory Languages: French (C1+) and English (B2)
Position Overview:
This role is designed for individuals who possess not only extensive HR experience but also demonstrate a keen ability to lead projects that are crucial to our HR initiatives.
Requirements:
π Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
πΌ Experience: 4+ years in HR roles with project management responsibilities.
βοΈ Strong understanding of HR processes, including training, performance management, and employee development.
π₯οΈ Experience working with IT teams.
π€ Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
ποΈ Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
π£οΈ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
π οΈ Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
π° Experience in financial area is a plus.

π Experience with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives or HR policies that promote sustainability, diversity & inclusion, or community engagement.
π€² Passion for building a positive impact through HR strategies that go beyond the workplace.
π± Familiarity with integrating CSR principles into talent development, training, or employee engagement programs.

- Lead and deliver HR projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate on training and development aligned with company goals.
- Maintain clear project documentation and track progress.
- Identify risks early and ensure quick resolution.
- Facilitate regular updates with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Report outcomes to leadership, highlighting key wins and areas to improve.
- Promote inclusive and responsible practices, aligning HR initiatives with CSR values.
- Mentor team members, supporting their growth and career development.
