Role description:

  • Prepare, collect, and manage all employment documents,
  • Oversee work time registration and provide ongoing user support to Work Time/Vacation data portal,
  • Support HR Team in keeping employee’s records clean,
  • Manage the flow of employment documents and provide advice/information in terms of typical labor and regulatory issues,
  • Manager employees' benefits,
  • Keep personnel records up-to-date, accurate and compliant,
  • Together with the HR team support employee queries,
  • Participate in other HR projects and be a resourceful member of a highly engaged HR team.
  • Helping with sourcing the candidates and scheduling interviews.


Role requirements:

  • Student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
  • Very good English - at least CEFR B2 level,
  • Available for at least 30 hours/per week,
  • Emotionally mature and ethical, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Details focused, well-organized and stress resistant,
  • Takes the full ownership of delegated tasks,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
