Programme/Project Lead – Change & Internal Communications

Contract | £450/day | Start: Mid-June | Duration: Until End of Year

We’re seeking an experienced Programme/Project Lead with a strong focus on change management and internal communications to support a high-impact digital transformation project. This contract role will play a key part in delivering internal communication strategies that support organisational change, drive engagement, and ensure a smooth transition across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change and internal comms workstreams within a major digital transformation programme
• Develop and deliver clear, effective communication plans for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams, HR, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging
• Monitor engagement and feedback, adapting communications as needed
• Support change readiness and training initiatives across departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project or programme leadership, specifically focused on internal communications and change
• Strong understanding of digital transformation processes in large organisations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment
