Human Resources Generalist

A well-established organisation is seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR team for a 10-month fixed-term contract. This role will give you the opportunity to work for an industry leader within the hospitality space with a salary of up to $90,000k plus super based in the eastern suburbs. This role requires you to be on site 4 days per week.

Your new role

Within this HR BP position you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations. You will provide advice and guidance to employees and business leaders in relation to policies, procedures, and processes. You will oversee performance management, investigations, and complex HR matters, as well as supporting projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a true Human Resources Generalist with evident experience in a similar role within a large organisation. You'll be able to effectively communicate and support a range of stakeholders in HR-related matters at all levels and be able to manage and influence change. Your 'can-do' attitude means that you work effectively under pressure and can handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. You must have at least 3 years' experience in a true generalist position whilst having the ability to travel interstate regularly.
