Project Planner in Oil and Gas (Primavera P6)

About the Role:

• Definition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract.
• Together with the Project Manager, in case of contractual scope evolution, rise variation order and manage it, plus manage the project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
• Identifying potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks while proactively monitor project progress and address any deviations from the project plan to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Facilitate communication, decision making and conflict resolution in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Completed degree (Technical is appreciated)
• English Speaker (+2 years of experience)
• Primavera P6 skills or MS Project -> mandatory
• Experience of working in distributed, multicultural teamwork environment
• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented and show a high degree of responsibility
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Transportation or natural gas experience is a plus

• Working schedule: M-F; 08.30-09.30 – 17.30-18.30
• Working Time: full-time (8 hours / day, 40 hours / 2-3 days/week at the office or from the client)
