Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines across all projects.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric design solutions.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Axure and other design tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Axure and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tech domains, especially in government sector or enterprise-level digital solutions, is advantageous.
