Project Manager (Power Apps)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT and business projects focusing on PowerApps solutions from initiation to closure
• Provide daily support for business systems and tools, acting as a liaison between business units and the technical team
• Analyze business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities, translating them into technical specifications
• Support the onboarding of new systems, applications, and users, including training and documentation
• Monitor, track, and report on project deliverables, budgets, risks, and KPIs
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful solution delivery
• Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
• Respond to user tickets and troubleshoot IT issues or escalate to appropriate teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in project coordination, business support, or IT operations
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or ServiceNow
• Ability to document workflows, requirements, and system configurations effectively
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills with a hands-on mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
