About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and HR Assistant to support the daily operations of one of our bars. This role involves a mix of accounting support, supplier coordination, inventory control, and assisting with recruitment processes.
What We're Looking For
- Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or similar fields
- Previous experience in administrative roles
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting or restaurant management systems.
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations.
