Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager based in Kaunas, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution including construction,, logistics management, quality management, documentation, comunication internaly and externaly. Daily tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, problem solving, managing project timelines, and ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Expediting and Expeditor skills
• Inspection and Logistics Management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in project management software tools
