About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Manager – Commercial Analytics to support our commercial division by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven commercial strategies.
- Develop financial and price models to support business cases and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market, trend, and passenger behavior analyses to optimize revenue and inventory.
- Monitor concessionaire performance against KPIs, budgets, and business plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation of RFPs, resolve contractual issues, and handle financial aspects of contracts.
- Drive automation and transparency through tools such as Power BI and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analytics, commercial finance, or concessions management, preferably within the aviation or retail sectors.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
