Associate System Engineer

Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain system infrastructure in alignment with company goals. The role involves providing L2 and L3 support for Windows environments, managing user accounts and email capacity, and handling Azure administration. The engineer will also contribute to system improvements, test new hardware and software, and support the evaluation of emerging IT solutions in collaboration with other IT teams and business units.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide L2 and L3 support for windows environment.
2. Conduct user management services.
3. Handle and manage email capacity
4. Contribute to the design and development of new systems or improvements to existing ones.
5. Test new hardware and software for integrity and usability.
6. Participate in the identification and testing of new solutions and services.
7. Perform Azure Management related activities.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• Relevant IT related certification
• Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in System Engineering
