Network Team Lead β Network & Network Security

Role Overview:
As the Network Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of network engineers, overseeing the successful delivery of networking and security projects, and ensuring operational excellence across client environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends people management, project oversight, and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers across project and support functions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of network and security projects, ensuring timelines and technical standards are met
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance where required
- Work closely with senior leadership, pre-sales, and project teams to align technical delivery with business goals
- Oversee network operations, capacity planning, change management, and performance optimization
- Drive best practices, process improvements, and ensure documentation standards are upheld
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing or leading network engineering teams within an Service Provider or Consultancy Environment
- Strong technical background across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies
- Experience with Aruba and Fortinet highly desirable; Cisco or Juniper also considered
- IoT Knowledge is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with complex network environments
- Understanding of ITIL processes, project management methodologies, and service delivery frameworks
