The Role

As a Senior GRC Consultant you'll lead small to medium client engagements end to end. This isn't a support role — you'll own the work, manage junior team members on engagements and be the face of the business with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading IRAP preparations, gap assessments and maturity assessments for federal government clients
• Designing and uplifting security policies and frameworks
• Conducting architecture reviews
• Managing client relationships and leading difficult conversations where needed
• Mentoring and leading junior consultants on engagements
• Contributing to the company's capability growth as the business scales

What They're Looking For

• Solid background in GRC within professional services, consultancy or financial services
• Hands on experience with IRAP, Essential 8, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead engagements independently without hand holding
• Not afraid of difficult client conversations
• Australian citizen with baseline security clearance as a minimum — NV1 highly preferred
