Location: Antwerp, Belgium (2/3 days a week in person)

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding projects for two new jack-up vessels and mission-critical equipment, ensuring seamless integration into Maximo within required timelines and accuracy.
• Work closely with Reliability Engineering, Digital Data Engineers, and the vessel crew to collect, validate, and verify asset data.
• Supervise the creation of the vessel’s asset backbone, hierarchies, spare parts inventory, and maintenance strategies in Maximo.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with the asset management standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting risks and key milestones.
• Identify and implement improvements to asset onboarding processes and digital workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (preferably Maximo).
• Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience with digital transformation or data-driven asset management projects.
• Knowledge of maritime operations, digital maintenance systems, and maintenance management.
