We are looking for an exceptional Head of Delivery/Delivery Director to join our Professional Services team. This is a key leadership role in the business, working closely with the COO and SLT to develop and expand our Professional Services function. This role requires Governance expertise and someone with hands on experience delivering large scale Change & Transformation programmes & managing Delivery teams. This role will suit someone who is ready to leverage that experience and their leadership skills to help drive out an exciting growth strategy.

• Responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of client services and contracted deliverables across Professional Services Change & Transformation engagements
• Leadership and management responsibility for Core Delivery Teams (Programme, Project Management, BA & PMO)
• Develop effective, right sized capability and capacity within each of the above-mentioned teams.
• Ownership of Professional Services presales engagements including initial requirements definition and high-level solutioning, effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for seamless transition/onboarding from Pre Sales to delivery
• Work hand in glove with the COO to ensure the Professional Services Target Operating Model is embedded across core delivery teams
• Responsible and accountable for Project Foundry’s Delivery Governance Framework and the quality and consistency in standards of same
• Implementation and continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and standardized services within Delivery
• Effective engagement and stakeholder management across peer group and SLT
• Plan and manage the day-to-day activities for the core delivery teams ensuring standard operating procedures are documented and adhered to and resources are utilized in line with utilization targets
• Coach and mentor team members setting clear goals, objectives and KPI’s aligned to Project Foundry’s overall Vision and Strategy
• Effectively engage with the Talent team to ensure fit for purpose, high quality associate shortlists across core delivery teams and ownership associate selection
• Ownership of right fit team selection for new client engagements

Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of experience in programme management, consulting, and delivery oversight within complex client environments.
• Deep understanding of programme delivery, PMO, and transformation execution methodologies.
• Experience shaping and tailoring client centric Change & Transformation engagements
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and commercial solutions
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including c-suite and Transformation Leads
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address delivery challenges proactively and effectively.
• Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills, ensuring that all delivery teams are set up for success.
• Excellent Business Planning skills with the ability to ensure Forecasts and Utilisation levels are effectively managed
• Experience working within Consulting or Professional services firms.
• A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
