I’m seeking for a skilled My Telia app Product Owner to join my team. As a group of skilled professionals, we focus on B2X self-service and mobile app domains, leveraging our expertise to create a seamless digital experience for customers.

As a Product Owner, you’ll…

• be responsible for owning and driving the development of My Telia app, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Updated My Telia app was recently released to production and now we’re gearing up to enhance it with new exciting features. The role includes, but is not limited to, product ownership, which involves defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap for the My Telia app while considering customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders such as channels and commerce teams, understand their requirements, and incorporate their feedback into product planning and development. Additionally, the role involves working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

The suitable candidate has proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably within the Telco industry, IT, or a related field. They demonstrate exceptional skills in preparing requirements by gathering, documenting, and prioritizing product needs based on input from customers and stakeholders. A strong understanding of app development and the mobile product lifecycle is essential, alongside familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working effectively within Agile teams. As an effective communicator, they convey requirements and decisions clearly, and as a decisive decision-maker, they rely on data-driven insights to ensure product success.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3600 Eur (gross) to 5000 Eur (gross) monthly. Plus, annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
