  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee the automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development cycles and workflows.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices for security, scalability, and system performance.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Advanced knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Proven experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
