Human Resources Specialist

Marino Group is a leader in shipbuilding and ship repair in the Baltic States, having doubled in size in recent years. We are looking for an HR Specialist with experience to join our rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Active search and recruitment by posting job vacancies on job sites, social media and etc.;
• Cooperation with the main Lithuanian Marino Group office, cooperation with the HR department in the recruitment process and implementation of other tasks ordered by the management;
• Preparing reports and summaries for management and archiving documentation;
• Communication with existing employees, maintain contact with them, coordinate/consult, help with problem solving, contract signing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English language is a must;
• Work experience in the field of human resources, human resource management;
• Experience in shipbuilding recruitment would be a great advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Accuracy, responsibility, good organization of own work, cause you will be the face of Marino Group in Romania;
• Ability to work in stressful situations and solve problems in a timely manner;
• Workday is from 08:00 till 17:00, working in the office in Oradea is a requirement.
