Network Administrator

About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join a high-performance IT team supporting a confidential and high-profile environment in Abu Dhabi.

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of network systems, infrastructure, and related technologies across royal estate operations.

This is an on-site, long-term opportunity for professionals who thrive in technically demanding and security-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage secure network environments (hardware/software)

• Administer servers, firewalls, antivirus, and system configurations

• Monitor network performance, uptime, and health

• Implement disaster recovery plans and data backups

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and connectivity issues

• Collaborate with internal users and IT management

• Manage user access, policies, and endpoint security

• Support network infrastructure upgrades and optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

• 4+ years as a Network Administrator / Engineer

• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE)

• Fortinet NSE 4/5/6

• Hands-on experience with FortiGate, HP, Cisco, and Juniper hardware

• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, antivirus & email systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluent English, Arabic plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in VVIP, royal, or secure government environments

• Certifications in cybersecurity or infrastructure
