Data Analyst (Remote Work)

Position Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing key marketplace metrics, building incentive structures, tracking budgets, and optimizing operational processes through insightful data analysis. This role requires a strong command of SQL and Excel, along with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering trends and translating them into actionable insights.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance indicators, create dashboards, and support strategic initiatives with accurate and timely data. Your ability to think critically, visualize data effectively, and identify patterns will help shape initiatives that drive efficiency, performance, and business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze marketplace KPIs and explain performance anomalies
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in different data sets
• Perform in-depth analyses/deep dives and share actionable insights/recommendations with the business
• Design and develop dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs
• Act as the primary contact for technical support on existing dashboards and data pipelines
• Deliver actionable insights from data and the championing their use to drive value across several functions
• Identifying new opportunities and business use cases through exploratory analyses

Experience & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or relevant analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and Excel.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus
