Java Fullstack Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building intelligent, scalable enterprise solutions, leveraging cloud technologies and AI tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Design, develop, and enhance modern front-end applications using ReactJs, NextJs, or Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Integrate AI tools and solutions into enterprise platforms, working closely with data scientists and AI engineers.
• Deploy scalable applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions.
• Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, especially in AI, cloud, and full-stack development.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience of 8+ years in Java backend development, with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA.
• Strong skills in modern front-end frameworks, especially ReactJs, NextJs, or Angular, with TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and integration (e.g., ML APIs, NLP, data pipelines) is a significant plus.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with microservices, API gateways, and distributed system design.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, and data migration tools.
• Soft Skills:

• Leadership experience in Agile teams and Scrum framework.
