About The Role

As a Data Scientist at MyHealth, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare through data. You will develop predictive models, optimise data systems, and deliver insights that shape decisions across 100+ care centres. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes, reduce clinician burnout, and support the growth of a modern, scalable, and patient-focused digital health platform.

A Day In The Life

• Develop and fine-tune predictive models to forecast staffing needs and improve clinic efficiency.
• Dive into operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend smarter staff and resource allocation.
• Analyse billing trends and patient demographics to highlight revenue opportunities and minimise data leakage.
• Contribute to the design of a unified patient identifier system and help integrate records across 100+ centres.
• Evaluate new market opportunities using a mix of demographic, clinical, and operational data.
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards (Superset, Power BI) that provide real-time insights to leadership.
• Collaborate daily with clinicians, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to translate data into action.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python and R
• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or similar
• Experience with Superset, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to address operational challenges using predictive modeling and automation.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and secure data design.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
