 We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is not only skilled but also a go-getter — someone who thrives in a high-speed environment and is ready to execute complex tasks with precision and speed.

 This person will play a key role in the development and optimization of our platform, working alongside a talented engineering team to solve exciting technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain highly scalable full-stack applications
• Design and optimize backend services with a focus on performance and security
• Develop and manage data migrations, ensuring smooth transitions between systems
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code in TypeScript and React
• Develop database solutions using PostgreSQL and SQL, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions on AWS infrastructure
• Drive technical excellence in the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and setting a high bar for code quality and best practices
• Lead efforts on complex database design, migration strategies, and system integrations
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning, ensuring timely delivery of features
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and debug issues in production systems to ensure reliability and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of successful projects
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge of database design and management with PostgreSQL and SQL
• Experience with data migrations and handling complex database architectures
• Solid knowledge of backend technologies and API development
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to tackling complex technical challenges
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-performance environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce integrations is a plus
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and development operations
