Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can effectively guide product vision and strategic initiatives in blockchain projects. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technical execution and product/business strategy, ensuring that development aligns with overall growth and vision. You will work closely with product management and provide high-level strategic and technical oversight. Your leadership will be key to shaping product direction, ensuring blockchain technical excellence, and delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Languages: English and Spanish.

Location: Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay. Must be available to travel to Buenos Aires when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical vision and strategy for blockchain-based products.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in architecture and solution development as required.
• Conduct technical assessments to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and associated frameworks.
• Proven experience in blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, transaction management, and integration.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and other relational/non-relational databases.
• Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and microservices architecture.

• Ability to translate business vision into technical roadmaps.
• Strong experience in product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Experience leading and scaling technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic decision-making skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, DAO, or related blockchain sectors.

• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in blockchain.
• Previous experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience or interest in climate technology, sustainability, or environmental impact solutions within blockchain.
