The Role

As a Finance and Operations Associate/Manager, you'll team up with the finance, product, and ops leads to design, run, and scale the internal systems and financial workflows that keep the engine running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations including transaction management, coordination with the asset management partners and price reporting
• Analysis of crypto-native data (wallet activity, token flows, DeFi integrations) for operational and strategic insights
• Helping the company optimize and automate internal financial and operational workflows
• Preparing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making and investor relations (budgets, forecasts, management reports)
• Coordinating with legal, compliance, and external partners on operational processes
• Supporting strategic initiatives including new token launches and special projects
• Taking ownership of internal knowledge and documentation
• Collaborating closely with a global, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working with blockchain data
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced finance or tech operations environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Diligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), bonus points for German language skills
• Experience working with blockchain data
