UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing Experience Design department. In this role, you will be part of a team ensuring a consistent and exceptional UX and UI across all the products we design, and a key contributor to the evolution and maintenance of a multi-brand, international Design System. You will be responsible for designing, researching and documenting the Design System within a large, complex organization. As part of Ogilvy and our Experience Design team, you will be a champion for user-centered design and a collaborative partner to other designers, project managers, and key business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Design System Expertise: Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Design Systems in complex organizations.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro or similar. Experience with IA tools is a bonus.
• Prototyping Skills: Strong prototyping skills, with the ability to create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Accessibility Knowledge: Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and experience designing accessible user interfaces.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience in Design Agencies: Experience being part of agencies and understanding the dynamics of the relationships with stakeholders within various projects.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, especially your experience with Design Systems.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with component libraries, design tokens, variables and theming.
• Experience with design system governance and contribution models.

Languages

• Spanish (native level).
• English (High level desirable).
