.NET & C# Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and proactive .NET & C# Software Engineer to join one of our development strike teams delivering feature-rich, scalable applications for connected and high-reliability systems. You will be embedded in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where ownership is full-cycle — from solution design through deployment and monitoring in production.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy operating across the full stack (front-end, back-end, CI/CD, infrastructure) and are passionate about building resilient, user-centric systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based web applications and services, including APIs, user interfaces, and backend logic
• Implement and optimize RESTful services and .NET 8 microservices architectures
• Work closely with product owners and QA to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver features end-to-end
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through monitoring, debugging, and user feedback
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Collaborate with teammates in an agile environment to continuously improve architecture, testability, and maintainability

Qualifications

• Solid experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core/.NET 8
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of relational and document-based databases (MS SQL, RavenDB)
• Experience working in cloud-connected environments with OAuth2 and secure authentication flows
• Familiarity with JavaScript, modern front-end practices, and user experience considerations
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities in production-grade systems
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice to have

• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban); past Scrum Master or Team Lead roles a plus
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation tools (e.g., Helm, ArgoCD)
• Test automation expertise (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright)
• Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps workflows
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Python) for tooling and automation
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
• Familiarity with Solr or other search engines
