Project Manager

What you will do:

• Offers support in managing client and internal communications.
• Provides administrative support to the Program/Delivery Manager, including:
• Monitoring and validating project timesheets (effort validation, corrections, sending timesheet to the customer for approval, and confirmation follow-up).
• Supporting the invoicing process (maintaining accurate project milestones, preparing accruals, submitting milestones for payment, and tracking payment completion).
• Managing resource allocation (task creation, forecast updates) and monitoring P&L (revenue forecasting, KPI tracking).
• Overseeing ongoing project activities (ensuring PO validity and coverage, initiating PO extensions, and receipt of POs and signed SOWs).
• Handling projects close-out activities (lessons learned, celebrate success, team recognition)
• Ensures team members adhere to established procedures and processes.
• Understands and implements organizational project policies and procedures.
• Collaborates closely with team members.
• Tracks project activities to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitors, develops and presents Project Status Reports

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience with Fixed Price Projects in a hybrid model (combination of Agile and Waterfall)
• Previous exposure to projects in IT and/or Telco industry
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Highly motivated and ability to work in small teams.
• Personality profile: dynamic, self-motivated, initiative, flexible, team player, intelligent, customer-friendly, systematic, and hard working.
