Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support video conferencing systems and assist with meeting setups.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and support IT compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, and related applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
