Role: Technology Operations Analyst 3

Rate: $45–$50/hr

Location: Des Moines, IA | Minneapolis, MN | Charlotte, NC

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)

• Overview:
• A banking client is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support access provisioning across various lines of business.
• The role involves collaborating with DBAs and application teams to manage user access and security on platforms like Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and manage user access (create/delete users, grant privileges)
• Collaborate with DBAs and app teams to assess access needs
• Use ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) to manage requests
• Handle data collection, spreadsheet management, and reporting
• Troubleshoot access and technical issues in a customer-focused environment
• Participate in remediation efforts and on-call rotations as needed

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in access provisioning/security operations
• Strong verbal communication skills (interacting with technical & non-technical users)
• Proficient in MS Excel and/or Access
• Experience with SQL/query creation for data pulls
• Familiar with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, PAC2000)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Exposure to MySQL, PowerShell, or Python scripting for automation
• Project management or strong organizational skills
• General database knowledge and reporting experience
