Position Purpose Summary:
The Rewards and Analytics Specialist will assist with the design of compensation and benefit programs that attract, retain, engage, and motivate the best available talent in the industry.
The role will provide analytical support to the administration and execution of beIN’s programmes
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and updating existing pay programmes, developing new pay programmes and on-going administration of the company’s variable pay programmes.
- Responsible for the programme administration for insured benefit plans: manage relationships with outside vendors, create and execute communication and education plan, monitor plan statistics through analysis of regular reporting.
- Prepare for annual renewal and assist in the benefit plan renewal process, including evaluation of vendors, processes and policies, making recommendations on improvements.
- Assist with labor costs, salary analysis and benefits structure by using metrics and analytical models to understand current salary trends and predict future trends.
- Assist in preparation of merit increase, recognition and incentive programmes.
- Responsible for preparing market data submissions and matching with internal jobs.
- Assist with job evaluations and setting salary ranges as needed for new roles.
- Assist with development of rewards policies locally and globally.
- Assist with Payroll, cross charging and another recharges
- Assist with cross OpCo mobility cases from a taxation, benefit and immigration perspective.
- Respond to cases received from other OpCos and other IHR teams with analysis and recommendations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field. 5-7 years’ experience in compensation or benefits required.
- Must have working knowledge of basic regulatory frameworks, including general regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Relevant technical proficiency and experience, either through technical qualifications / training or on the job experience
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within particular field and Human Resource discipline in previous experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex, global and diverse organization
- Experience with Executive Compensation programs beneficial.
