The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join the team in a hybrid capacity. This is a hands-on, Level 3 role responsible for advanced network configurations, operations, and acting as a key escalation point. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, supporting and enhancing their network environments with a strong focus on routing, switching, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex enterprise network environments
• Perform L3 network operations and troubleshooting
• Configure and optimize Juniper OR Cisco routing and switching
• Implement and maintain Fortinet network security solutions
• Act as a technical escalation point
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust network services
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior network engineering or L3 support role
• Managed Service Provider background
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Juniper OR Cisco routing and switching
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security platforms
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Industry certifications (e.g., JNCIP, CCNP, NSE4/5) are highly desirable
