Daily Rate: €650/day (excluding VAT)

A major public institution is strengthening its digital capabilities through innovative, secure, and scalable software solutions. As part of its internal R&D team within the Information and ICT Division, the organization is seeking a skilled Web & Web Services Developer Analyst to contribute to the development and optimization of critical infrastructure components.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of public service and advanced technology, focusing on software interconnectivity, performance, and security.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and services
• Implement and integrate secure interfaces to enhance system interoperability
• Participate in the development of reusable modules across various systems
• Collaborate with R&D to assess and implement emerging technologies
• Contribute to the institution’s digital transformation by supporting modern architectures and development practices
• Optimize performance and ensure long-term maintainability of solutions
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvements
  

Core Technologies:

• Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, XML, JSON
• Services & Protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs
• Version Control & Dependency Management: Git, Composer

Frameworks & Tools (strongly preferred):

• PHP: Laravel, Symfony, Slim, CodeIgniter
• JavaScript​: Vue.js, Quasar, Node.js
• DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, OpenShift

Additional Languages/Technologies (nice to have):

• Python, Perl, Ruby
