Senior Dotnet Developer

I am seeking a Senior .NET Developer for my Irish Client.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications using technologies like WCF services, Web Forms, MVC, C#, Web APIs, Windows Services, Angular 7+, MS SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps, and AWS Lambda functions. Collaboration is key, as you'll work with developers and stakeholders to define system requirements and technical specs. You'll implement best practices such as code reviews and CI/CD pipelines, contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle from initial conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer - min. 10 years.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
• Expertise in developing and consuming WCF services, Web-APIs,
• Expertise in Web Forms, MVC, Windows Services, Angular 7+, MS SQL Server, Git, Azure DevOps, and AWS Lambda functions.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API concepts and implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server for database management.
• Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Python scripting experience.
• Expertise in Data Integration, with exposure to ETL and file transport protocols.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS).
• Experience in performance tuning for .NET applications.
• Previous experience working with Angular 7+ for frontend development.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda functions and associated services like Amazon S3, AWS CloudWatch, etc.
