Vacancy

Who you are

  • Tertiary education in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience as a business analyst and project manager.
  • Experience and methodological knowledge in business analysis, process management, requirements engineering, and digitalization.
  • Solid project management skills in ICT environments (both traditional and agile).
  • Fluent in French or German, very good knowledge of the other.

Your tasks

  • Analysis and optimization of business processes, organizational structures, and IT systems.
  • Development of solution approaches, decision-making bases, and requirement specifications.
  • Conducting business analyses, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Planning and management of ICT and digitalization projects (both traditional and agile).
  • Consulting and close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Managing the project portfolio and establishing efficient project management structures.
  • Carrying out user tests, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Contributing to the further development of ICT strategies and digital services.
