About The Role

As a Junior Global People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting smooth and efficient HR operations across our global organization. You’ll be part of the People team and work closely with our People & Culture Managers mainly in Amsterdam and New York to deliver outstanding employee experience.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare employment contracts and employer statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HRIS system (HiBob).
  • Manage administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support with international HR operations, including visa applications and relocations.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Help write and coordinate our monthly People newsletter, sent to the entire company.
  • Support the preparation of data and presentations for our monthly People team meeting ("People Monthly").
  • Support our L&D team with L&D projects.

What You Will Bring

  • 1+ year relevant experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Interest in working in an international environment.
  • A service-driven attitude and eagerness to learn.
