Senior DevOps Engineer/Downtown Toronto

Are you a systems thinker who thrives on automation, infrastructure design, and scaling high-traffic cloud environments? We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help architect and evolve the backbone of a platform serving millions of users globally

You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team responsible for every layer of the platform stack: from how our Kubernetes clusters operate, to how we monitor, deploy, and recover in real time.

This is a highly autonomous role where your decisions directly shape how we scale, ship, and secure software. If you’ve got a passion for cloud infrastructure, GitOps best practices, and building reliable systems at scale, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with deep AWS and Kubernetes knowledge
• Terraform and Helm mastery for infrastructure provisioning
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, GitOps (ArgoCD), and cloud-native tools
  
  

Extensive recent AWS services projects

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with tools like Kafka, Redis, or other high-throughput caching and event streaming systems.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and how they apply to infrastructure practices.
• Proven success driving DevOps initiatives in rapidly growing SaaS environments.
