Main responsibilities will be:⁣

• Lead technical vision and strategy for blockchain-based products.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in architecture and solution development as required.
• Conduct technical assessments to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

To apply you need to have:

• Ability to translate business vision into technical roadmaps.
• Strong experience in product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Experience leading and scaling technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing presence (English and Spanish)

Soft Skills:

• Proactive leader and strategic thinker.
• Comfortable operating independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about blockchain, technology innovation, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, DAO, or related blockchain sectors.
