About this role
Join a Global Leader in Financial Infrastructure Security!
Are you passionate about cyber security and ready to make an impact at the heart of the financial world? We're looking for a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to help strengthen the digital defences of a major international organization operating in a highly regulated and security-driven industry.
In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, expert-led security team embedded within a global company where security is not an afterthought—it's a core priority. From shaping secure system designs to assessing risk in complex IT projects, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of critical infrastructure and data.
What You’ll Do
- Translate high-level security policies into clear, actionable requirements for business and IT projects.
- Conduct security risk assessments and help design systems that are secure by default.
- Review and validate technical architecture against security best practices.
- Define and coordinate penetration tests and other security validation processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal security services and frameworks.
- Act as a go-to expert in one or more domains such as identity management, secure coding, cryptography, network security, or application security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, engineering, risk management, and compliance to ensure secure outcomes.
Your skills
What You Bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Solid experience in cyber security—3+ years for entry-level, 10+ years for senior profiles—with proven knowledge in one or more security domains.
- A strong grasp of modern security technologies such as IAM, PKI, endpoint protection, CI/CD integration, and secure development practices (e.g., OWASP).
- Ability to turn complex security needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word).
- Analytical mindset and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international setting.
- A collaborative team player who communicates openly and constructively, and can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Why You Should Apply
- Join a forward-thinking, security-first organization with global impact.
- Work alongside experienced professionals in a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Tackle real-world challenges in a complex, high-stakes IT landscape.
- Enjoy flexibility, professional growth opportunities, and a truly international environment.
