Aufgaben

  • Du entwirfst, entwickelst und optimierst Softwarelösungen, die AI- und Machine-Learning-Technologien integrieren und deren Ergebnisse zuverlässig und skalierbar verfügbar machen.
  • Du implementierst Machine Learning Pipelines (Model Management, Testing, Deployment und Monitoring), und entwickelst spannende KI-Prototypen zur Produktionsreife.
  • Du realisierst AI-APIs (in-house oder SaaS) und integrierst LLM-Anwendungen, um innovative Funktionalitäten in produktiven Systemen bereitzustellen.
  • Du entwickelst APIs und Architekturen, die AI-Funktionalitäten und Datenintegration ermöglichen, und setzt dabei Best Practices für Softwareentwicklung und Model Governance ein.
  • Du arbeitest innerhalb agiler Design- und Entwicklungszyklen und trägst zur Einführung von Architekturrichtlinien für AI- und ML-Anwendungen bei.
  • Du evaluierst neue Technologien, entwickelst Prototypen und setzt innovative ML-Ansätze zur Verbesserung der AI-Strategie bei enercity um.
  • Du unterstützt die Implementierung von sicheren, ethischen und datenschutzkonformen AI-Lösungen, die den Anforderungen unserer Kunden und des Unternehmens gerecht werden.

  • You design, develop, and optimize software solutions that integrate AI and Machine Learning technologies, ensuring their results are reliable and scalable.
  • You implement machine learning pipelines (model management, testing, deployment, and monitoring) and develop exciting AI prototypes ready for production.
  • You implement AI APIs (in-house or SaaS) and integrate LLM applications to provide innovative functionalities in production systems.
  • You design APIs and architectures that enable AI functionalities and data integration, applying best practices for software development and model governance.
  • You work within agile design and development cycles and contribute to establishing architectural guidelines for AI and ML applications.
  • You evaluate new technologies, develop prototypes, and implement innovative ML approaches to improve enercity’s AI strategy.
  • You support the implementation of secure, ethical, and data-compliant AI solutions that meet the requirements of our customers and the company.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung produktionsreifer AI-, ML- und/oder NLP-Anwendungen.
  • Erfahrung mit traditionellen Data-Science-Techniken, wie prädiktivem Modellieren, Forecasting oder Empfehlungssystemen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von AI-/ML-Modellen sowie deren Bereitstellung in produktiven Umgebungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Frameworks zur Entwicklung von LLM-Anwendungen, wie Langchain, LlamaIndex, Haystack oder Semantic Kernel.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Python, Versionierungstools (z. B. Git), automatisiertem Testen sowie CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Kenntnisse in cloudnativen AI/ML-Services, insbesondere auf Azure (bevorzugt) oder AWS.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit zur strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten.

  • A completed master’s degree in computer science, information technology, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the development, optimization, and deployment of production-grade AI, ML, and/or NLP applications.
  • Experience with traditional data science techniques, such as predictive modeling, forecasting, or recommendation systems.
  • Strong expertise in developing AI/ML models and deploying them in production environments.
  • Familiarity with frameworks for LLM application development, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, version control tools (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native AI/ML services, particularly on Azure (preferred) or AWS.
  • A high degree of initiative, decision-making ability, and a sense of responsibility, with a structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, to work effectively in an international environment.
